Metal Finishes
Metal finishes include: polishing bright, temper bluing, browning, rust bluing, charcoal bluing, and color case hardening. An aged patina is also available.
Details Built into Each Long Rifle
Working in the manner of the 18 th century craftsmen, I use Golden Mean proportional dividers to divide the rifle into dynamic proportions in accordance with the Classical and Baroque ideals of beauty.
- Epoxy bedding the breech end of the barrel to prevent oil penetration and recoil damage.
- Barrel lugs are dove-tailed and soldered into place. Screw heads are case-hardened to prevent marring.
- All surfaces of the stock are sealed with Permalyn Sealer
- I can cone muzzles in 45, 50, and 54 calibers
